@sdonnan Sure. Still, selective free trade has costs. Zero duties on steel but not autos boosts eff. protection for auto investors/labor

More “critical mass” deals (MFN plurilaterals) like ITA may be possible (? Pharma?) But seems unlikely on broad Ag. (or NAMA?)
