Peter Gal­lagher is stu­dent of piano and pho­tog­ra­phy. He was for­mer­ly a senior trade offi­cial of the Aus­tralian gov­ern­ment. For some years after leav­ing gov­ern­ment, he con­sult­ed to inter­na­tion­al orga­ni­za­tions, gov­ern­ments and busi­ness groups on trade and pub­lic pol­i­cy.
